Yes! All of our warranty options are available to purchase fully online with a valid safety inspection of a vehicle that was completed in the last 90 days. Once the purchase is complete our team will review the recent safety and condition history of the vehicle to confirm you’re eligible for coverage and if not we’ll reach out and refund you the full amount.
We have different coverage options for almost all vehicle makes and models regardless of how old it is or how high your mileage currently is! Because an inspection is normally required when purchasing aftermarket warranty, you will need to upload a copy of your Provincial safety certificate that’s been valid for the last 90 days. All warranty purchases and vehicles are subject to approval and our admin team will be in contact with you should a warranty purchaser, contract or vehicle be deemed invalid. Always review the contract when e-signing for all specific details and breakdown of components that are covered or excluded.
We’ve tailored our payment plans to go for as long as your vehicle is covered like a subscription plan. Once you’ve confirmed the amount you want to pay up front then just sit back and relax as we charge your credit card on file monthly
If your car needs repairs that are covered by your extended warranty contract, you will have to pay your chosen deductible to the repair facility who will be repairing your car once per visit/claim. The amount of the deductible depends on which coverage options are available for each vehicle and are usually offered in increments of $100, $200 or $300.
You can take your vehicle to any licensed service facility in Canada that offers safety certificate of inspection. or if you recently purchased a car you might already have one available to upload or send us.
All our extended warranty coverages are provided nationally by Industrial Alliance (iA) so you can take your vehicle to any certified service facility in Canada.

Your repair facility will get the claims started for you! Authorization must be obtained from Industrial Alliance (iA), our warranty provider, before any repairs are made to your vehicle to ensure you’re covered under your policy. Simply tell your service center that you have mechanical warranty and provide them with the policy number located at the top of your signed contract and they should be able to take it from there. There is a 30 day waiting period before a claim can be made to ensure a detailed look at the warranty contract, uploaded certificate of inspection safety, purchaser and the vehicle’s history report can be reviewed to confirm eligibility. After that you can submit a claim to iA Dealer Services as noted in your warranty contract!
While we don’t currently support the process of verifying status under the Canadian Indian Act online, we will be able to refund you any exempt tax amounts you qualify for after you have purchased one of our extended warranty options. Simply reach out to [email protected] and our administrators will reach out to confirm you have an active copy of your Status Card to begin the process of refunding any applicable taxes you already paid.
